Can you blame Ozzy for being too drugged up to know one of the most popular pop artists in music today? He has better things to do like biting the heads off of bats, filming commercials, rambling, and shaking involuntarily. Put all of that together and you have no time to get Bieber fever.

Later on in the interview, Mark Hoppus asked Ozzy what country they were in and he responded with “Mercury.”
